Smita Singh joined the Office of Legal Counsel in 2015. Her primary areas of practice are corporate and international matters, research and employee benefits. Prior to joining the University, Smita worked as an associate in the Boston and Chicago offices of Ropes & Gray LLP, where she advised health care, life sciences and institutional clients on a variety of corporate transactions and public financings. Smita received a S.B. in Economics and Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
