Office of Legal Counsel

About Us

The Office of Legal Counsel (“OLC”) provides legal advice, counsel, and representation to the University. We assist all University units and divisions with legal questions and advice to support the University’s education and research missions. The University’s Vice President and General Counsel, Kim Taylor, and nine other attorneys in the Office are all members of the National Association of College and University Attorneys. We work with University partners on a broad range of matters, including the following:
