Under the leadership of Beth A. Harris, Vice President and General Counsel, the Office of Legal Counsel advises University officials on legal and regulatory questions associated with the University’s activities (including transactional matters, policy formulation and compliance, employment and student issues, and pre-litigation dispute resolution), and represents the interests of the University in administrative and judicial proceedings.
